Z01 - Selective and sensitive determination of lipid mediators via LC-MS/MS

The Z01 project analyses lipid mediators for all research projects of the SFB 1039. The analyses include the measurements of sphingolipids, arachidonic acid metabolites, endocannabinoids, lipoxins etc. from biological fluids, tissues or cell cultures. In the future phospholipid-esterified lipids and also unknown lipids will be determined. The methods will be adapted to the biological matrices generated within the research projects (e.g. nano LC). The quality assurance system in the analytical lab will be expanded.
